This course is the first part of a specialist training series dedicated to plastic pipe extrusion. It provides the foundation for further learning about process parameters, 3- and 5-layer pipes, quality control, and solving production problems.

The goal of this course is to organize the essential technical knowledge required for HDPE and PP pipe production.
You will learn about pipe types, raw material grades, key quality indicators, and the main components of a pipe extrusion line. This will help you understand why the pipe type, raw material selection, and line configuration have a direct impact on production stability and final product quality.
