Extrusion line for thick films / sheets 1600 mm PP/PS

The line is designed for the production of 3-5 layer films and sheets with a thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 1 mm and a maximum width of 1600 mm. It can achieve an output of up to 450 kg/h, making it suitable for medium- and large-scale production. The line was built in 2016 and is in very good working condition.

The customer who purchased the line never started production for reasons unrelated to the machine. The line has been dismantled to make room for new projects. The video below was taken during tests performed before the line was dismantled.
