Buying and accessing a course

How do I buy an online course?

Choose the course, language and number of places where packages are offered. Add the selected option to your basket and complete payment. Each place provides access for one named participant. The price of your selected option appears beside the purchase button.

How do I provide participant details after purchase?

After payment, email office@rolbatch.eu with your order number and each participant’s full name and email address. If you have bought several courses, tell us which course each person should receive. The name you provide will appear on the certificate, so please check its spelling before sending it.

When will I receive access?

We activate access after receiving payment and the participant’s details. Login instructions are sent to the participant’s email address. If the message has not arrived, check the spam folder and then contact us with your order number. Access the Academy at www.academy.rolbatch.eu.

How long can I access the materials?

The access period is shown in the course description. The standard period is 30 days. During that time, you can study at your own pace and revisit the available materials. Contact us if you need a longer access period.

How long are webinars and courses?

Webinars usually last between 30 and 90 minutes. The length of an online course depends on its programme and number of modules. Check the individual course description for its scope and recording length. The access period is separate from the running time of the recordings.

Which languages can I study in?

Choose from the language options on the individual course page. Our range includes courses in Polish, English, German, Spanish and Italian; the available languages vary by course. Contact us if you need another language. Course language information.

Can I watch the recordings again?

Yes. You can replay the available lessons during your online course access period. For a live webinar, check its description to see whether a recording is included and how long it will remain available.

What equipment do I need?

You need a computer, tablet or smartphone, an up-to-date web browser and a reliable internet connection. Use headphones or speakers to listen to the recordings. A larger screen makes technical diagrams and documents easier to read.

Can I see a sample before buying?

Check the preview materials on the course page. If no sample lesson is shown, contact us with the course name. We will point you to available materials that help you assess the content and teaching approach.

Choosing training and company orders

Who are Rolbatch Academy courses for?

Our courses serve people working in plastics processing and recycling, as well as newcomers to the industry. Choose a programme suited to your role: operator, process engineer, laboratory colleague, buyer, salesperson, production manager or director. Each course description explains its level and intended audience.

Who develops and delivers the training?

Our materials are developed with practitioners and specialists in plastics processing and recycling. Dr Magdalena Laabs oversees their preparation and delivers many of the courses. Check the individual course description for information about its trainer.

Which courses suit sales teams, managers and directors?

Sales teams often benefit from a foundation in materials, processes and industry terminology. For managers and directors, we help match training to responsibilities such as production, quality or implementing requirements. You can also enquire about individual consultancy and mentoring.

Do you offer group prices or quotes for several courses?

Yes. Courses with package options let you select 1, 3, 5 or 10 places, as shown on the product page. For a different number of places, several courses or different languages within one team, use the quotation button or contact us. Include the number of participants, courses and languages so we can prepare a company offer.

Can you develop training on a topic outside your current range?

Yes. You can suggest a new subject or ask us to adapt an existing programme. Describe the process, problem and intended outcome, together with the participants’ roles, experience and numbers. We will discuss the scope in an online meeting. By agreement, the training can include documentation, photographs and recordings from your company.

Do you offer on-site training and sessions at machines?

Yes, for regular customers who use our online courses. On-site training is available exclusively in Poland and Germany: in Warsaw, Berlin or at the customer’s premises in either country. The programme can combine theory with sessions at a machine, for example one classroom day followed by one practical day. Groups are usually around 10 people; smaller groups receive an individual quote. Use our contact form to arrange an online meeting and discuss your training needs.

Can I arrange or change a training date?

Recorded courses can be completed at your own pace during the access period. Live webinars and company training have separately agreed dates. If you need to change a date or the start of your access period, contact us before the training begins. The options depend on your order and arrangements with the trainer.

Do you cover recycling and industry terminology?

Yes. Our range includes introductions to recycling and more detailed technical courses. If you need a structured introduction to the terminology, start with the recycling glossary. Technical materials cover terms such as MFR, MVR, melt flow testers and polymer types. View the course: 100 key recycling terms.

Certificates and training quality

Will I receive a certificate, and is there a test?

You receive a certificate of participation after completing the course. Where the programme includes a quiz or test, its assessment criteria and diploma requirements are specified for that course. A participation certificate and a diploma confirming that you passed an assessment are different documents. Certificate and diploma information.

Which language will my certificate be in?

Your certificate is issued in the language in which you purchased the course. You can request an additional version in another language, for example when applying for work abroad. Email office@rolbatch.eu with your full name, course title and the language you need.

Can I use my certificate abroad?

A certificate documents participation, while an assessment diploma confirms that the course’s assessment criteria have been met. You can include the document with your CV or present it to an employer. Its acceptance in a particular recruitment or other process is determined by the recipient. Course completion does not replace statutory professional authorisations or certification of a facility.

What quality certification and professional documentation does Rolbatch hold?

Rolbatch Sp. z o.o. holds Educational Organisation Management System certificate no. 299/2026 to ISO 21001:2018, issued by Certika Sp. z o.o. It is valid from 24 April 2026 to 23 April 2029. Its scope includes online training, e-learning courses, webinars, consultancy and company training.

Magdalena Laabs holds SIMP licence no. 127, dated 1 September 2026, authorising use of the SIMP trade mark in her expert assessment activities within Rolbatch, a SIMP franchise business in Kielce, and access to the SIMP list of experts. The licence remains valid for the duration of the franchise agreement. These documents concern the organisation and its activities and are separate from an individual course certificate.

What if I lose my certificate or need a duplicate?

First check your email and Academy account. If you cannot find the document, contact us with your full name, course title, approximate completion date and the email address used for training. We will confirm whether it can be reissued and any charge for an additional or printed copy before proceeding.

Payment and support

Do you issue invoices, and how is VAT shown?

Yes. For a business order, provide the buyer’s full details and tax or EU VAT number. Course prices are quoted excluding VAT; tax and the order total are shown at checkout. If you need clarification about the tax treatment of your company’s order, contact us before paying.

Where can I check a training price?

The current price appears on the course page after you select a language and, where available, a package. A package price covers the complete selected number of places. Request a personalised quote for other participant numbers, several courses or a company programme.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact us with your order number and the circumstances. Cancellation, refund and digital content terms are set out in our terms and conditions and the information provided at purchase. We review requests with regard to the type of order and your applicable rights.

Can I ask questions during and after the course?

Yes. You can email questions about the course material. Include the course title, module and a specific description of your question. Analysis of your own production process, individual consultancy or mentoring can be arranged separately.
