Transport conditions and costs
§1 Delivery Scope
We deliver to Germany, the European Union, and most countries worldwide. The availability of delivery to a specific country will be confirmed individually prior to order acceptance.
§2 Calculation of Transport Costs
The shipping cost is calculated individually for each order, based on:

package dimensions,
-
package weight,
-
destination country.
To receive an estimated shipping cost before placing an order, please contact us by email or phone and specify the exact delivery location and type/quantity of goods.
Example transport costs:

Density meters, moisture analyzers (up to 10 kg):

Germany: 29 EUR + 30 EUR (additional insurance)
-
EU countries: 59 EUR + 30 EUR (additional insurance)

Rest of the world: 99 EUR + 30 EUR (additional insurance)

Note: Courier companies provide standard insurance coverage up to a value of 500 EUR. Additional insurance fees apply if the product value exceeds this amount.

MFI Testing Plastometers:

Germany: 199 EUR (including insurance)
-
EU countries: 259 EUR (including insurance)
-
Rest of the world: 350–700 EUR, depending on the destination country (including insurance)

§3 Shipment Insurance
All shipments organized by our company are insured during transportation. Transport costs, including insurance, are covered by the Customer, according to the individual calculation provided in the proforma invoice or quotation.
§4 Informing the Customer About Transport Costs
The Customer receives transport cost information after placing an order:

by email,
-
via WhatsApp,
-
on the proforma invoice or quotation.
Customers may request shipping cost estimates prior to ordering by contacting us via email.
§5 Procedure for Damaged Shipments
The Customer is obligated to inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier or delivery service representative upon delivery. In the event of damage, the Customer must immediately:

prepare a damage protocol in the courier’s presence,
-
take photographs of the damaged goods and packaging,
-
obtain the courier’s signature on the damage report.
The Customer must inform us about the damage on the delivery day, but no later than within 7 calendar days, providing the protocol and photographs via email.
§6 Incoterms Trade Conditions
We standardly apply the following Incoterms:

EXW (Ex Works) – goods are collected by the Customer from the Seller’s warehouse.

FCA (Free Carrier) – goods are handed over to the carrier specified by the Customer.
Final Incoterms conditions are defined individually and indicated in the proforma invoice or quotation.
§7 Additional Transport Services
Upon request, the following additional services may be available:

Express delivery – available upon request; additional fees apply.
-
Assembly – available only for large technological lines. Assembly service does not apply to small devices and individual machines.
Unloading services are not provided and must be arranged by the Customer.
