General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service ("GTC") define the terms for the sale of physical goods and digital products (in particular online courses) offered by:

hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

These GTC apply to all transactions concluded with customers ("Customer") through the website, online store, email, telephone, or in writing.
By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these GTC.
Matters not covered by these GTC shall be governed by the laws of Germany.

The Customer may place an order through:
- Electronic form (website, email),
- Telephone,
- Written correspondence.
Upon receiving the order, the Seller sends an order confirmation or proforma invoice to the Customer's email address, which constitutes the conclusion of a sales agreement.

All prices provided by the Seller are net prices, to which applicable VAT will be added according to German tax regulations.
Accepted forms of payment:
- Bank transfer,
- Payment card,
- PayPal.
Standard payment terms are prepayment. Individual payment terms may be agreed separately for specific orders.
VAT invoices are issued in accordance with applicable German law.

Delivery of physical goods is executed via courier services or logistics companies chosen by the Seller. Personal collection may be possible upon prior agreement.
Shipping costs are covered by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery time is determined individually for each product or according to the offer provided to the Customer.

The Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of orders for goods or digital products once the performance of the service or access to the digital product has commenced.
The Customer has the right to submit complaints regarding defects of delivered goods or digital products within 14 working days from the delivery date.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Seller's email address. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 working days of receipt.

The Seller provides a warranty for physical goods valid for a period of 12 months from the delivery date.
For online courses, the Customer has 1 day to familiarize themselves with the course content. Within this period, the Customer can withdraw from the course if it does not meet their expectations. After this period, withdrawal is not possible.

The Seller’s liability to the Customer is limited solely to the value of the subject of the sales agreement (excluding transportation costs).
The Seller shall not be liable for lost profits or any indirect or consequential damages, nor for damages caused by third parties.

The administrator of Customer personal data is Rolbatch A. Laabs.
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations and the Privacy Policy available on the Seller’s website.
Customer data is stored in the CRM system according to data security standards.

These GTC and all agreements concluded between the Seller and the Customer are governed by German law.
The court competent for resolving disputes shall be the court at the Seller's place of business (Berlin).

Any amendments to these GTC must be made in writing to be valid.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTC. A new version of the GTC will be published on the Seller’s website.
These GTC come into effect on the date of their publication on the Seller’s website.
